Privacy

Rowdy Retriever is run by Triples Global LLC, 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816. This page says what we collect when you use the site and buy from it, and what happens to it. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect

• When you order: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you give one, entered on Stripe’s checkout page. Your card details go to Stripe only; they never reach us.
• On the site: the mood and breed you picked and the items in your bag are kept in your own browser, not sent to us. There are no accounts and no sign-up.
• Server logs: our host, Vercel, records IP addresses and request details for a short time for security and error diagnosis.

We use no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and no cookies at all of our own.

What we do with it

We use your order details to make and deliver what you bought, to email you about the order, and to answer you if you write to us. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them for advertising, in the ordinary sense or as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those words.

Who else handles it

• Stripe takes payment and holds the order record, including your address and email.
• Printful prints and ships the order and receives your name, address, email, and phone for that purpose.
• Vercel hosts the site.

Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. All three are in the United States.

How long we keep it

Order records stay in Stripe and Printful for as long as we need them for accounting and tax, which the law sets at several years. We do not keep a customer database of our own.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will do so except where we must keep a record by law. Write to the address below. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
