Terms of sale

Rowdy Retriever is run by Triples Global LLC, a California limited liability company, 2108 N St Ste N, Sacramento, CA 95816 (“we”). Placing an order means you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

Every item is printed to order with the drawing you chose. Nothing is held in stock: your item is made after you pay, by our print partner Printful, and shipped from their facility in the United States.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay and is free on orders of $70 or more of merchandise. Sales tax is added at checkout where the law requires it. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Making your item usually takes two to five business days, then standard shipping takes a few days more. You will get a confirmation email from Stripe when you pay and a shipping notice when your order leaves. Please check your address at checkout: an order shipped to an address you entered wrongly can only be re-sent at the cost of a new order.

Returns and problems

Because each item is made for you, we do not take returns or exchanges for a change of mind or a wrong size. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Slight differences between the photo on the site and the printed item are normal for print-on-demand goods and are not defects.

The drawings

The drawings are ours. You may use the item you bought however you like; you may not reproduce the drawings themselves, in print or otherwise, without our permission.

Cancelling

Printing starts soon after payment. If you need to cancel, write to us straight away; once the item is in production we cannot cancel it.

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies. Any other dispute will be settled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Sacramento County, California, and not as a class or representative action.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order.
